Growing this business is about building something meaningful in the community I call home. Every job I take on is the most important, and I don't consider the work finished until you're truly happy with the results.

How It All Started
What started as a door-to-door experiment, has grown into a trusted window cleaning and specialty home service business serving Grande Prairie. This is the story behind Peace Home Services—built on hard work, care for the community, and a commitment to doing right by every home we serve.
A Little About Me
To start out, I love LIFE! I am so grateful for the breath in my lungs, the ability to serve people through this business, and for all the countless people who have poured into my life as I continue to grow downward first, then upward. And I'm thankful for YOU, that you're here in a little corner of my life reading this!! :) Welcome!
So, a few things that I enjoy include travel, mountain climbing/hiking, health, teaching and playing music; I LOVE plants, and was raised in a farming lifestyle. I was blessed with an incredible upbringing that enabled me to explore different avenues in life that have laid a foundation for project managing and entrepreneurship, which has been super helpful - lol!
Faith is the core foundation of who I am and what supports the growth of this business. Jesus has touched my life in countless ways, and if it wasn't for Jesus, I wouldn't be writing this. He is everything.
Answering a need...
It was May of 2024 and I had just branched out on my own from the farm where I grew up. To help get my feet under me, I took a summer job at a local tree nursery, but I knew I wanted to start something of my own, as I had already had a number of small successful entrepreneurial endeavours back home.
One afternoon, while discussing with my brother (also an entrepreneur), he mentioned window cleaning. Well, thanks little bro, 'cause you started something!
I went home to begin my research, got set up, and then braced myself for the infamous challenge of D2D! I earned my first client shortly after, and with that encouragement, I kept going—until a torrent of spring rain sent me home! I was back at it shortly after.
With every job since, I've reinvested into improved equipment, allowing me to tackle both residential and commercial jobs including projects requiring WCB and full liability insurance. Experiences in overcoming obstacles and expanding my abilities led to an incredible fall run with my first employees! Spring-fall of 2025 was an incredible second season, and with the expansion into more specialized services, year three is looking very exciting!
Vision
Peace Home Services is not only focused on bringing a service to my customers, but also about creating connections. People are amazing, and being able to work in a serviced based business has grown my vision of how much potential there is through connections. I believe Peace Home Services can be a springboard for communities to connect and strengthening our local economy. Creating a culture of camaraderie for employees is also crucial. If you treat your employees like they matter, they will treat each client like they matter. It's a snowball effect.
Having come this far, I've been thrilled by the kind and supportive people I've met! Having experienced the incredible effects of being locally supported, I am an avid believer in the impact of local support and giving back to my community. People are what it's about - making a difference, leaving a mark on the world you live in, changing lives and staying true to your faith and values along the way!
